AIMS & OBJECTIVES

We will adopt procedures to:

  1. Ensure all items sold adhere to set industry standards.
  2. Ensure all items sold have technical data sheets attesting to conformity of product to certain criteria.
  3. Provide a quality of service which is above our competitors.
  4. Work with our suppliers on an "as need basis" to resolve any issues on quality of an item, if customer finds faults.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We will adopt procedures to:

  1. Working with a customer to determine the actual fault with the product. Sometimes the problems can be pointed back to an auxiliary item & not be the fault of the product sold.
  2. Where faults are found in items sold by Solaris InfraSupport Corporation, to work with manufacturer to determine where fault in item lies.
  3. If quality problems are encountered then representation to manufacturer is made by Solaris InfraSupport Corporation to address the fault & repair or replace the item.
  4. Periodical checks will be made by Solaris InfraSupport Corporation on manufacturers facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Solaris InfraSupport Corporation will only provide products to a customer which have previously been demonstrated or explained in detail to the customer & meet the customers full requirements.
